AMPA
Welcome to the Urdaneta School Parents’ Association (AMPA) .
Aware of the necessary harmony that must exist between the family and the school in regards to the education of our children, our Association’s main objective is to collaborate closely with the school management, facilitating joint action between parents, school and educators .
The AMPA assists parents or guardians in everything that concerns the education of their children and promotes their participation in the proper functioning of the School , through its Board of Directors or by participating in representative bodies such as the School Council or the Urdaneta Sports Club.
With the membership fees, from the AMPA we provide the necessary economic support to the Urdaneta Sports Club , channel for the School’s sporting activity, and we finance the publication of the newspaper “Urdaneta”, an organ of expression and communication of the different members of the educational community. Likewise, at the suggestion of the working committees of the Board of Directors, we promote and organize other cultural and educational activities for both parents and students.
Also, based on a plan of solidarity between the parents of students, we manage a Assistance Fund , with the aim of helping students who are orphaned during their school years to finish their studies at the school.
